
If my TV home screen gets any more ads, I’m buying a DVD player.
My 62″ tv is not a billboard – at least, I didn’t think it was when I bought it.
Phillips seems to disagree though.
I don’t think TV manufacturers care that putting an unexpected advert on my home screen makes me secretly detest the brand, rather than build affinity towards it. I suppose to Phillips, a view is a view.
Maybe this is an over reaction – now I’m middle aged and tech has changed, any new advancements in technology I don’t understand is by default, scary to me.
Come to think of it, I have been spending an increasing amount of time looking at birds in the garden. Something that has just snuck up on me.
I have recently invested in a bird feeder. Afterall, a view is a view
