Sky used to charge £50 a month when I was a kid, obviously they were charging way too much back in the day.
I can’t imagine having to pay Sky £50 a month now, especially as when I look back, some of those channels were odd niches like world war 1 battle tanks.
More streamlined competitors have finally emerged and forced Sky to charge a more reasonable £15.
Now I only need to pay £15 to Sky.
oh, I do need my Netflix subscription for £12.99 to see some stuff that’s not on Sky though.
..and £8.99 for Prime video for The Boys..
…And my Disney Alien fix is non negotiable at £5.99…
….ah yes, and £7.99 for YouTube premium for my specialist content about legacy video equipment breakdowns……
